- FEMA Headquarters issues FY 2007 Guidance and Target Allocations by State to Regions
- FEMA Regions provide notice of availability of grant funds (Target Allocations) and FY 2007 Guidance to States, inviting States to submit applications for FY 2007 FMA funds by February 28, 2007.
FEBRUARY 2007
- February 28, 2007 (11:59 pm ET) DEADLINE for ALL FY 2007 FMA applications to Regions via eGrants for Planning, Project and TA grants
- Application Completeness and Pre-Award Eligibility Reviews of all FY 2007 FMA applications
- Applications in excess of FY 2007 FMA Target Allocations Reviewed & Ranked
MARCH – SEPTEMBER 2007
- Process FY 2007 Obligations
SEPTEMBER 2007
- September 30, 2007 DEADLINE for FY 2007 obligations by Regions (via e-Grants) [1]
OCTOBER 2007
- Carry over (or “year two”) of the FY 2007 FMA Period of Availability1; No State / Regional Allocations
SEPTEMBER 2008
- FY 2007 Period of Availability ends; Change-In-Scope deadline for any FY 2007 Grant (and Sub-grant) awards
[1] Limited exceptions to the September 30, 2007, deadline may allow some “carry over”. For example, where a project requires completion of environmental reviews or the FMA plan is under review for FEMA approval, funds may be allowed to “carry over” and be awarded in FY 2008.
