State Model Letter
The purpose of this letter is to request funding consideration through the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Fiscal Year (FY) 2007 Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) Program for [CITE # OF PROPERTIES] properties previously submitted as part of the State application for the FY 2007 Pre-Disaster Mitigation (PDM) Program.
