Program Information
Priority: Mitigation activities that reduce or eliminate the long-term risk of flood damage to insured properties. The FY 2009 FMA Program Guidance provides additional information regarding the FY 2009 FMA program.
The "FY 2009 Unified Hazard Mitigation Assistance (UHMA) Guidance" has been posted and is available through the FEMA library.
The "FY 2009 FMA Allocations" are available online for viewing here.
Applicants must use the electronic grants (eGrants) management system, portal.fema.gov, to submit a FMA grant application to include project and management cost subapplications.
