Notes:    

1. Florida and Texas may exceed the $20 million statutory 5-year cap on project funds with the FY 2009 allocations.   A waiver may be necessary to obligate the full allocation.  

2.  Management Costs are withheld until projects or plans are obligated, hence their removal from the total allocation to each state.

3. FMA Planning Grant Assistance Allocations are limited to $300,000 for each State per Regulation 44 CFR Part 79.

4. Amounts for Administrative Costs, Program Support, Management Costs and National Reserve were removed from Congressional Appropriation prior to formulation of Applicant Allocations.
