  • The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management works in conjunction with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to administer the Public Assistance Grant Program.  Public assistance is available to State and local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations for emergency work and the repair or replacement of disaster-damaged facilities.
