Circle, AK, July 15, 2014 --Mennonite Disaster Services volunteers repair a front porch for a disaster survivors home which was damaged by a severe flooding event in May of 2013. After recovery measures were suspended late in 2013 due to the severe winter weather; FEMA, The State of Alaska, and the volunteers are back to work to complete the rebuilding and repair to those disaster survivors who are eligible for individual assistance.
