Anniston, Ala., April 24, 2014 -- Healthcare professionals decontaminate a simulated patient during the Integrated Capstone Event (ICE) at the Center for Domestic Preparedness in Anniston, Ala. Approximately 80 healthcare professionals and emergency responders, representing eight of the 13 regional coalitions trained at the CDP’s Noble Training Facility and the Advanced Responder Training Complex. These response personnel joined colleagues across the United States in the Healthcare Leadership for Mass Casualty Incidents (HCL) course, the Emergency Medical Operations for CBRNE Incidents (EMO) course, and the Hospital Emergency Response Training for Mass Casualty Incidents (HERT) course.
