Long Island, N.Y., Dec. 26, 2012 -- All FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC) are equipped with accessible communication equipment, including magnifiers for people with low vision, information on disaster assistance in braille and audio recordings that offer instructions on how to apply for FEMA assistance.
