Staten Island, N.Y., Dec. 20, 2012 -- The Army Corps of Engineers is removing the remains of a home in Staten Island, NY, which floated off of its foundation during Hurricane Sandy, and settled in the middle of the street, blocking through traffic. Only the second floor and attic remain after the storm.
