Sayerville, N.J., Nov. 28, 2012 -- U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on-scene coordinator for Region II, Cris D'Onofrio, explains the efforts used to restore the water pumping station during Hurricane Sandy to FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate, third from and Commissioner of NJ Environmental Protection Bob Martin, center, at the local Water Pumping Station.
