Duluth, Minn., July 19, 2012 -- Mark Neveau (standing, left), the Federal Coordinating Officer for the current Minnesota flood disaster, briefs news media representatives and FEMA staff about progress made to aid state and local units of government in their recovery from June's storms and flooding. Kris Eide (standing, right), is the Minnesota State Coordinating Officer working in conjunction with Neveau.
