Winter Haven, Fla., June 29, 2012 -- At the Polk County Emergency Management Agency, FEMA Public Information Officer Rene Bafalis, Small Business Administration Loss Verifier James Gray, County Damage Assessment Coordinator Nancy Denmark, County Code Enforcement Investigator, Autumn Fenton, and FEMA Individual Assistance Team Lead Gerald Harfoot are briefed on Tropical Storm Debby damage areas by Polk County Emergency Management Agency Director Pete McNalley prior to their departure to perform their Individual Assistance Preliminary Damage  Assessment(PDA) here today.
