Jackson County has applied for funding under FEMA’s Public Assistance Program to construct a new health department building in Pascagoula. The original facility was damaged by Hurricane Katrina. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, an Environmental Assessment has been prepared to evaluate the potential impacts of the proposed project on the environment.
