FEMA’s New Employee Performance Management Program

FEMA will implement the new Employee Performance Management Program for the upcoming 2014 Performance Cycle. The EPMP is a results-oriented program, utilizing performance goals and competencies tied directly to the mission. 

The new program encourages collaborative communication between employees and supervisors by developing measurable goals that support mission objectives and requirements.  As a part of the program, non-supervisory employees are required to transition to the new EPMP in January 2014.

On Sept. 25, the OCCHCO Performance Management team will host a panel discussion covering topics such as the implementation, transition and details of the EPMP.  All employees are invited to attend.  Look for further details on participating in the upcoming panel discussion soon.
