FEMA Leader Development is now accepting registrations for Leadership Essentials, the new course for supervisors that meets statutory and Department requirements.  Leadership Essentials is designed to provide newly hired or newly promoted supervisors with the opportunity to develop proficiency in leader competencies and to prepare for their role as supervisors within FEMA.

The course is being scheduled monthly in the National Capital Region, and at Regions around the country.  Any supervisor who has not completed the HR for Supervisors course by August 1st will be automatically assigned Leadership Essentials and must complete the course by December 31, 2012.

Currently available dates:

August 6-10
September 17-21
October 15-19
November 12-16
December 10-14
