The FEMA email system is continuing to upgrade from exchange 2007 to exchange 2010 and new exchange servers over the next few weeks. This upgrade is scheduled to continue as follows:
Next week’s schedule is: July 16 Region IV, July 17 throug 19 FEMA HQ, July 23 upgrade final maintenance. These Regions/Offices email users may experience intermittent outages as the upgrade takes place. Should your BlackBerry, iPad, iPhone or email stop functioning please call the FEMA Enterprise Service Desk immediately for assistance.
Notes: Calendars may become disrupted, so the calendar owner needs to validate its information after the upgrade.
Distribution list may become disrupted specially members of the distribution list outside the migrated Region. Please contact FEMA Enterprise Service Desk for assistance. This is an issue with the email upgrade and not a local site support issue.
