- Comprehensive HAZMAT Emergency Response-Capability Assessment Program
A program designed for local communities and tribal governments to obtain a greater understanding of HAZMAT risks, identify planning deficiencies, update plans, train first responders, and stimulate and test the system for strengths and needed improvements.
