Small Business Opportunities
FEMA recognizes the importance of small businesses in our local communities and provides access to the necessary tools and resources that support new and ongoing business engagement opportunities.
Industry Liaison Office
The Industry Liaison Program is the portal for all vendors to do business with FEMA. The program serves to coordinate vendor presentations with program offices, conduct market research, respond to informal Congressional requests, and perform vendor analysis reporting. Moreover, greater opportunities are afforded to local and small businesses through this program in accordance with the Stafford Act.

Contracting with the Government
Prior to doing business with FEMA, there are critical steps each small business must take to ensure their success in the marketplace. As such, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) provides online step-by-step guidance and instructions for businesses, minority-owned and small businesses to register and begin contracting with the government.
