DENVER – The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has approved a two week extension to the Transitional Sheltering Assistance (TSA) program, which pays for eligible flood evacuees to stay in hotels and motels.  Eligible individuals and families whose homes are still uninhabitable, inaccessible or without utilities will continue to have a safe place to stay through Oct. 19 (checkout Oct. 20). The previous checkout date was Oct. 6.
