TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — All disaster recovery centers open in Florida to assist Tropical Storm Debby survivors will have new Sunday operating hours beginning Sunday, July 22. The centers will now open at noon and close at 6 p.m. on Sundays. Hours will remain 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.Representatives from the Florida Division of Emergency Management, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the U. S. Small Business Administration and other agencies are at the centers to explain disaster assistance programs and help survivors apply for aid.
