Survivors can still get face-to-face help at two disaster recovery centers located in Columbia and Suwannee counties. Hours are still 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Representatives from Florida's State Emergency Response Team, FEMA and the U.S. Small Business Administration are at the centers to answer questions, explain available disaster assistance programs and help survivors apply for aid.
Tropical Storm Debby survivors in any of the 22 counties designated for federal disaster assistance can visit the centers. Survivors can also call the FEMA helpline at 800-621-FEMA (3362). Survivors who are deaf or hard of hearing and use a TTY can call 800-462-7585.
