WASHINGTON–The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) urges residents in coastal and inland areas around the Gulf of Mexico to continue to closely monitoring Tropical Storm Lee and be prepared for severe weather including severe rain, flooding and tornadoes.  Visit or to learn how to prepare for these and other hazards.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) announced that federal aid has been made available to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and ordered Federal aid to supplement commonwealth and local recovery efforts in the area affected by Hurricane Irene during the period of August 26-30, 2011.
