AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency declaration for the State of Texas (FEMA-3261-EM), dated September 21, 2005, and related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: October 21, 2005.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) hereby gives notice that pursuant to the authority vested in the Acting Director, Department of Homeland Security, under Executive Order 12148, as amended, Sandra Coachman, of FEMA is appointed to act as the Federal Coordinating Officer for this declared emergency.

This action terminates my appointment of Alexander S. Wells as Federal Coordinating Officer for this emergency.
