Washington, D.C. -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has authorized fire suppression funds for another uncontrolled fire complex burning in the Montana counties of Gallatin and Park. According to the agency, the assistance requested by the state was approved last night after it was reported that the South Central Zone 4 Fire Complex had grown to 12,000 acres and posed a threat to residents in the town of Maudlow.
