Helena, Mont -- The state and federal Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) in Helena will close at noon on Friday, September 2.  Two DRCs are opening in other locations on Thursday, September 1.  A DRC will open in Kalispell at the Emergency Services Building and another in Forsyth at Forsyth City Hall.

HELENA, Mont. -- A state and federal Disaster Recovery Center will be opening in Kalispell to assist individuals, households and businesses affected by storms and flooding this spring. Residents in Flathead County and the Blackfeet Reservation are eligible for disaster assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

HELENA, Mont. -- If you sustained damage in the storms and floods that hit Montana from April 4 to July 22, circle September 26 on your calendar. That's the deadline to register for individual assistance if you sustained damage. "We cannot overemphasize how important it is for Montanans to register," said Ed Tinsley, Montana Disaster and Emergency Services Administrator. "Registering with FEMA could open the door to assistance for the different types of losses Montanans suffered during this disaster."

HELENA, Mont. -- The Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) announced today that 15 additional counties and one reservation are now eligible for FEMA's Individual Assistance to help homeowners, renters and businesses recover from the effects of the severe storms and flooding that took place from April 4 to July 22.

Helena, Mont. -- The state and federal Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC) in Great Falls and Glasgow will close at 7 p.m. on Friday, August 26. A DRC will be opening Friday, August 26 at 1 p.m. in Fort Belknap Agency and close on Sunday, August 28 at 7 p.m. to relocate to Hays. The Hays Center will open Monday, August 29 at 1 p.m. and close on Thursday, September 1 at noon. The Havre DRC will be open on Sunday, August 28 at 1 p.m. and close at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 30.
