LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- To continue serving Arkansans affected by the spring storms, tornadoes and flooding in the Crittenden County area, a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Disaster Loan Outreach Center (DLOC) will open Monday, June 13 in Marion. SBA representatives at the DLOC will answer questions and assist survivors with applications for low-interest disaster loans. The establishment of a DLOC demonstrates the SBA's commitment to ensuring that all qualified individuals, nonprofit organizations and businesses receive the help they need to recover from the disaster.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- A Disaster Assistance Center will be open the next two Saturdays in Boone County to connect disaster survivors with federal specialists who can help them start their recoveries. The Disaster Assistance Center (DAC) will operate in the Boone County Office of Emergency Management, 400 E. Prospect, Harrison, AR 72601. Hours both days are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Some Arkansans seeking federal disaster grants might question why they receive an application for a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) loan after they've registered for assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The word from the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management (ADEM), FEMA and the SBA is that it is extremely important that the SBA paperwork be completed and returned.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Seven Disaster Assistance Centers (DACs) will open in the coming days in Arkansas counties to connect disaster survivors with state and federal specialists who can help them start their recoveries. At the centers, survivors can meet face to face with specialists from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). The staff can answer questions and provide information on the recovery process.

The Disaster Assistance Center (DAC) will operate in the Saline County Office of Emergency Management, 102 S. Main, Level B, Benton, AR 72015. Hours both days are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
