Phil Campbell lost no time in starting debris removal after the April 27 tornado. Only with the debris gone could the community turn its attention to rebuilding and healing.

Immediate Needs Funding and Alabama Recovery

We remain focused on meeting the immediate recovery needs of Alabamians. Individuals and families who are eligible for rental assistance or other disaster grants will continue to receive those payments.
