News Release
WASHINGTON -- The head of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Craig Fugate announced today that federal disaster aid has been made available to the Commonwealth of Kentucky to supplement commonwealth and local recovery efforts in the area struck by severe storms, flooding, and mudslides beginning on July 17, 2010, and continuing. The President's action makes federal funding available to affected individuals in Pike County.
