PORTSMOUTH, N.H. -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) today announced it is expanding disaster assistance in New Hampshire to include Hillsborough County. Federal funds will be available to support state and local recovery efforts impacted by severe storms and flooding that occurred March 14-31, 2010.  This decision amends the major disaster declaration by President Obama on May 12 which provided assistance to Rockingham County.
