AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, DHS.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Mississippi (FEMA-1906-DR), dated April 29, 2010, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2010, P.L. 111-212, FEMA is amending the cost-sharing arrangement concerning Federal funds provided under the authority of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5140b, 5172, and 5123 for the major disaster declared on April 29, 2010, for the State of Mississippi due to the damage resulting from severe storms, tornadoes, and flooding. The Mississippi major disaster declaration is amended as follows: Federal funds for all categories of Public Assistance (Categories A-G), including direct Federal assistance, provided under this declaration are authorized at 90 percent of total eligible costs.
