MOORHEAD, Minn. -- Minnesota residents and business owners who live in the seven counties designated in the April presidential disaster declaration have only two weeks left to apply for federal disaster assistance. Tuesday, June 9 is the last day to apply with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for Individual Assistance. The designated counties are: Beltrami, Clay, Marshall, Norman, Polk, Traverse and Wilkin.

MOORHEAD, Minn. -- Federal assistance continues to flow for Minnesotans affected by the Red River Valley flooding, and now exceeds $4.5 million. To date, $4,526,376 in federal assistance has been approved for residents and businesses in the seven counties designated for Individual Assistance (IA) - Beltrami, Clay, Marshall, Norman, Polk, Traverse and Wilkin. The deadline to apply for federal assistance is June 9, according to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
