ORLANDO, Fla. -- The Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) located in Starke will close operations at??6 p.m., tomorrow, Nov. 4. The DRC is operated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and State Emergency Response Team (SERT) with other federal, state and voluntary organizations to help those affected by Tropical Storm Fay. The DRCs are operated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and State Emergency Response Team (SERT) with other federal, state and voluntary organizations to help those affected by Tropical Storm Fay. Through Thursday, the DRCs will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Clay County center is located at: Middleburg Fire Department 4003 Everett Ave. Middleburg, FL 32608
