KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The State Emergency Management Agency and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will re-open a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) Thursday, Friday and Saturday, July 19-21, in Independence, Mo., for Jackson County and adjacent area residents and business owners impacted by the severe storms and flooding that occurred May 5 - 18, 2007. The DRC will be at the following location and times: Agency Community Center and City Hall FF Route & Miller St. Agency, Mo. 64401 Monday and Tuesday, July 9-10 Hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
