OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. -- Delaware County residents and business owners affected by the March 12 th storms and tornadoes have only one month to apply for disaster assistance. June 12, 2006 is the last day applications will be accepted for individual assistance. More than 149 registrations have been filed to date with more than $141,000 approved for the individuals and households program.

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. -- Delaware County residents affected by the March 12th tornado and storm may be eligible to receive a manufactured home temporarily placed on their property, according to officials with the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management (OEM).

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. -- The Disaster Recovery Center in Kansas , Oklahoma will transition to a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Outreach Center Saturday, April 29. The Disaster Recovery Center was originally staffed by federal, state and local officials and by volunteer agencies to provide disaster assistance information and to answer questions from residents and business owners who suffered damages as a result of the March 12 tornado.

Oklahoma City, Okla. -- A Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) will open Saturday, April 22, as a direct information resource for Delaware County residents applying for disaster assistance resulting from the March 12 tornado and storms, according to state and federal officials.
