BATON ROUGE, La. -- A Louisiana man has not seen his home since the hurricanes, but he knows it was probably flooded. His car was in the garage, so it may be under water too. He lost his job. What can he do about his bills? A woman and her children were rescued from rushing waters. She lost all of her identification. To whom does she turn? A couple fears their bank has been destroyed. How can they get their money?

BATON ROUGE, La. -- Businesses in the City of New Orleans and in surrounding parishes trying to recover after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita will receive a big boost from federal, state, parish and local governments, as well as private industry, during a one-day workshop to be held in New Orleans on Thursday. The event, Back to Business, will begin at 8 a.m. on October 6, at the Sheraton, at 500 Canal Street , New Orleans .
