RICHMOND, Va. -- Disaster recovery officials have announced the opening of a second disaster recovery center to serve victims of the severe flooding resulting from Tropical Depression Gaston on August 30. The center location is: Dumbarton Library 6800 Staples Mill Road at Penick Road Henrico County Hours of Operation: Thursday, Sept. 9. - Noon to 7 p.m. Starting Friday, Sept. 10 - Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.

RICHMOND, Va. -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) announced today that government entities in five jurisdictions impacted by Tropical Depression Gaston on August 30 are eligible for federal disaster aid through FEMA’s Public Assistance program.
