COLUMBUS - With the March 26 application deadline three weeks away, Ohio residents affected by January's severe storms and flooding have been approved for more than $2.1 million in disaster assistance to date, according to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Ohio Emergency Management Agency (Ohio EMA).
COLUMBUS, Ohio -- History shows that flooding has repeatedly taken its toll on Ohio communities. Over the last ten years, two-thirds of Ohio's 88 counties have been impacted by flooding in the ten Presidentially-declared flooding disasters in the state. Public Assistance (PA): Disaster grant assistance available for communities to quickly respond to and recover from major disasters or emergencies declared by the President

Permanent Work (Categories C-G): Work that is required to restore a damaged facility, through repair or restoration, to its pre-disaster design, function, and capacity in accordance with applicable codes and standards
