Harrisburg, PA - State and federal disaster recovery officials announce the planned opening of a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) for Lackawanna County residents who sustained property damage caused by the Labor Day week storms.

Harrisburg, PA - Twenty-four grants totaling $38,000 in disaster housing assistance have gone out to families in Lackawanna County. This comes within three days of the county's designation as eligible for aid to replace damage from the Labor Day week storms, according to disaster recovery officials.

Harrisburg, PA - State and federal officials announced today that disaster assistance is now available for an additional three counties in northeastern Pennsylvania. Lackawanna County has been added for both Individual Assistance and Public Assistance. Wayne and Wyoming counties are eligible for Public Assistance only. All Pennsylvania counties are eligible for Hazard Mitigation assistance.

Harrisburg, PA - State and federal officials announced today that disaster assistance is now available for an additional four counties in northwestern Pennsylvania. Clarion, Lawrence, Potter and Tioga counties are now eligible for Public Assistance to help state and local governments with expenses resulting from storms that hit that area of the state in late July and August.
