AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Mississippi, (FEMA-1436-DR), dated October 1, 2002, and related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: October 10, 2002.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Mississippi, declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of October 1, 2002,is hereby amended as follows:

All counties in the State of Mississippi are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
