"I want to clear up any confusion about the application process," said Federal Coordinating Officer Gracia Szczech. "It's a one-step process that can be completed from the privacy of your home."

They now question whether their costs are reimbursable by disaster assistance. Indianapolis, IN -- To help meet the ongoing needs of Indiana disaster victims, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Indiana State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) are opening Disaster Recovery Centers in Marion, Vigo and Gibson counties on Wednesday, June 26. The centers are designed to provide a single location where people can talk face-to-face with recovery, restoration and rebuilding specialists.

Indianapolis, IN -- A toll-free application telephone number is now operational for those who suffered property damage or loss in the declared counties affected by the severe storms and flooding that occurred from April 28 thru June 7, 2002. Even if residents have already registered for a loan application with the U.S. Small Business Administration, they need to register with the FEMA teleregistration number to be eligible for federal and state programs.
