Des Moines County for (Categories A and B) under the Public Assistance program. Louisa and Ringgold Counties for (Categories C-G) under the Public Assistance program (already designated for Categories A and B). Humboldt, Palo Alto, Sac, and Webster Counties for Public Assistance.
