What are the Think Tank conference calls?

Deputy Administrator Serino conducts nation-wide conference calls to discuss some of the real-life solutions and ideas that are generated by the FEMA Think Tank and Online Forum. These calls are open to the general public. Each call is conducted from a different location to personally meet with members of the emergency management community. Captioning for participants who are deaf or hard of hearing is provided.
