Warwick and West Earl Townships, Pa., April 7, 2013 --  A sign on the Zook's Mill covered bridge in Lancaster County shows the level of Cocalico Creek at the peak of Hurricane Agnes in 1972. FEMA funds covered 75 percent of the $162,272 cost to repair the 164-year-old bridge from damage by Tropical Storm Lee Hurricane Irene in 2011.
