Toms River, N.J., Nov. 28, 2012 -- Vans Shoes, a company known for its' trendy sneakers, provides free shoes to Hurricane Sandy residents in Toms River, NJ. Employees of the company said they felt compelled to assists residents in New Jersey affected by the recent storm.
