Parsons, W.Va., Nov. 5, 2012 -- Logan Van Dyke (left), a U.S. Forest Service worker from Iowa, helps Frank Spencer (center) and Kyle Flynn, Forest Service employees based in Missouri, remove a downed tree in West Virginia's Tucker County so that utility crews can restore power.
