Minot, N.D., Dec. 12, 2011 -- Temporary Housing Units provided by FEMA have been placed on hundreds of private resident's sites throughout flood ravaged Minot, ND.  Because of the extreme cold temperatures experienced here throughout the winter, they are being outfitted with "Arctic Rooms" at the entrances to these manufactured houses and outside utility pipes are thermal insulated.
