New Orleans, La., April 5, 2011 -- St. Mary's Academy, an all-girls Catholic school in New Orleans East, was heavily damaged by four to six feet of floodwaters from Katrina. The replacement costs for the 11 buildings were combined into one alternate, consolidated project to create a new school.
