Stepping into their Shoes: Gaining Senior Leadership Buy-In for Continuity
This video introduces continuity professionals with tools that imparts: 1) the soft skills (leadership communications/understanding) and 2) tailored facts and available resources they need to feel comfortable and knowledgeable enough to frame resonating conversations with senior leadership about continuity and its benefits.
Continuity of Operations: An Overview, discusses continuity operations, its goal, viable continuity capability elements, and the four continuity operation phases. The brochure also addresses the conditions under which continuity plans would be activated and information about the ten FEMA regions. The brochure is a useful tool for educating the continuity community and those unfamiliar with continuity on the importance of continuity planning in federal and non-federal organizations.
