A key to Chicago for Visitors (PDF 1MB, TXT 36KB)

The FEMA Region V office is located at 536 South Clark Street, at the corner of Congress Parkway.

From North:  Take I-90/I-94 East to Exit 51H-I. Follow the right-side ramp for I-290 East/Eisenhower Expressway toward Chicago Loop. Continue on Congress Parkway, and turn right onto Clark Street.

From South:  Take I-90/I-94 West to Exit 51H. Follow the ramp right for I-290 East/Eisenhower Expressway E toward Congress Parkway/Chicago Loop. Continue on Congress Parkway, and turn right onto Clark Street.

From West:  Take I-290 Eisenhower Expressway East towards Chicago. Continue on Congress Parkway, and turn right onto Clark Street.

From O’Hare International Airport (by car):  Take the I-190 East ramp toward Chicago and merge onto I-90 East.  Take I-90 East/Kennedy Expressway to Exit 51H-I. Follow the right-side ramp for I-290 East/Eisenhower Expressway toward Chicago Loop.

Continue on Congress Parkway, and turn right onto Clark Street.

From O’Hare (by train):  Take the Blue Line train to the LaSalle Station.  Upon exiting train station, head east to Clark Street. You will be at the corner of the building at Congress and Clark.

From Midway Airport (by car): Take I-55 N/Stevenson Expressway to I-94 West/I-90 West toward Wisconsin. At Exit 51H, Follow the ramp right for I-290 East/Eisenhower Expressway E toward Congress Parkway/Chicago Loop. Continue on Congress Parkway, and turn right onto Clark Street.

From Midway (by train): Take the Orange Line train to the LaSalle Street Station. Walk south on Clark Street to the regional office at Congress and Clark.
