Mitigation Plan Toolkit

This Toolkit uses a best-practices approach for developing hazard mitigation plans in accordance with the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000. Developed by FEMA Region II, it provides "one-stop shopping" for key guidance, samples and other tools for meeting plan requirements.
